The divorce process can often leave one party without access to funds while the litigation is ongoing. We recognise that this need can be acute and very distressing. It can also be difficult even with a court order to obtain interim maintenance. In conjunction with financial proceedings we can allocate part of the loan facility to assist you with funding reasonable living expenses.
