What We Do

Detach Lending specialise in providing lending solutions for divorce litigation in the UK. At Detach we understand that the ability to access advice and to meet the costs associated with this advice is paramount. We understand that it is often difficult to access capital during the divorce process, and our loans are designed to bridge that gap until a settlement can be achieved.

Lending Services

We offer lending solutions on a range of litigation issues relating to divorce and family law. Our principal service is funding the financial proceedings relating to divorce in the UK. However we understand that there are a number of elements involved in divorce and potentially additional proceedings in areas such as Children Act and Family Act.

In recognition of this, where we are providing a facility for the financial proceedings we are also able to consider additional facilities relating to Children Act, Living Expenses and Family Act. We will also consider funding for Part III MFPA 1984 applications.
